A few years into starting my business, I remember feeling:
◾ Frustrated
◾ Burnt out - working 80 hours a week
◾ And very alone
There had to be others that understood the challenges and building and running a business I could talk to.
I did not want a networking group...I wanted people who would get real and get vulnerable about how they were balancing business and their personal life.
That was over 16 years ago. I joined my first peer group, the Entrepreneurs' Organization (EO) and I'll never go back to going it alone.
The acceleration, inspiration, practical and tactical insights that come from peer groups changed my life for the better in every way.
I'm in the city this morning, prepping for my Forum meeting in Manhattan.
Going to spend the day with my EO crew!
If you're a business owner and you don't belong to a peer group, get one.
Experience more peace, connection and inspiration.
For those of you in the US,
Happy Labor Day Weekend!
