"In a Hurry, Well That Might Cost You"



As entrepreneurs, it’s often suggested to fail fast and make decisions quickly when something needs to change.


When your business is growing faster than your team can handle, it can be tempting to take shortcuts in your hiring process. 


Why?

The cost of a mismatched hire can be significantly more than the lost money in productivity of their salary and the work product they were expecting to produce.

Hopefully you have a solid screening process:


→ Focus on A -Players


→ Use your scorecards during structured interviewing


→ Ensure Alignment with Purpose and Core Values


→ Transparency in detailed reference checks 


Avoid taking shortcuts in hiring.

It will cost you.
