In the fall, one of my favorite places is walking the trails at Rockefeller Preserve, just north of Manhattan. There’s something about the fresh air and the rhythm of the walk that helps me see things differently.
We always like to stop by Stone Barns Center for farm-to-table food (even just having their fresh bread and muffins is a huge treat).
When you step back and stop forcing solutions, new perspectives present themselves.
My brain works better when it’s not under constant pressure.
That’s when those creative breakthroughs happen.
